It is a matter of considerable gratification and pride that Gopal Ji College has now completed the cycle of Sixteen years of useful services to the cause of the education in the region of Ballia U.P.. In 2004 the college began with 10 pupils. With the passage of the time the adverse criticism died down and the college gathered and more strength, commanded the confidence and respect of the public and thus made steady progress. In 2004 it was raised to the status of Self Finance College with Dr. Sadhna Srivastava (2004-2020) as its first principal.

These included conventional courses such as Geography, Home Science, Sociology, Education , Ancient History, Defence and Strategic Studies, Sanskrit, Economics, Hindi, Political Science, along with new P.G. courses like Hindi, Education, home Science, Ancient History, Sociology.
